Responsibilities
- Partner with manufacturing teams to address and resolve quality issues related to spare parts and components.
- Work closely with internal departments such as logistics, customer service, and technical teams to drive quality improvement initiatives.
- Support warehouse and logistics operations by ensuring proper handling, inspection, and quality control of incoming and outgoing parts.
- Monitor customer feedback and field reports to identify recurring defects or opportunities to enhance product quality.
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance procedures, guidelines, and documentation.
- Conduct routine audits, inspections, and product testing to verify compliance with established quality standards.
- Investigate non-conformance cases and customer complaints, perform root cause analysis, and recommend corrective actions.
- Track, analyse, and report quality performance metrics, maintaining accurate records to support continuous improvement efforts.
Requirements:
- Possess at least a Diploma in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related discipline, with prior experience in a quality assurance or quality control role.
- Practical knowledge of QA methodologies, inspection processes, and root cause analysis techniques.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (including functions such as Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP) experience with SAP or similar ERP systems is an advantage.
- Detail- Oriented team player with good problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
