Working Hours: 8:00 a.m. - 5:45 p.m.
Salary: Up to $4,500
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of technicians and inspectors, overseeing daily work allocation, performance, and technical standards.
- Drive quality assurance across installation, modernization, and high-risk lift projects, ensuring all works meet regulatory and safety requirements.
- Review and endorse inspection findings, defect classifications, and technical reports with accuracy and consistency.
- Ensure full compliance with BCA, MOM, Singapore Standards, and Codes of Practice, including readiness for Authority Inspections and OPTO submissions.
- Spearhead defect reduction initiatives and continuous improvement programs across field operations.
- Coordinate closely with Installation & Testing, Field Services, subcontractors, and external stakeholders on quality and safety matters.
- Develop, update, and maintain inspection procedures, checklists, KPIs, and documentation in support of ISO audits and management systems.
Requirements
- Prior experience supervising technicians, managing multi-site operations, or leading inspection teams.
- Strong technical knowledge of lift and escalator systems, safety compliance, and regulatory frameworks (BCA / MOM).
- Confident in leading teams, conducting technical briefings, and representing the company in audits and authority engagements.
