QUALITY ASSURANCE ENGINEER

• Basic + AWS +Performance Bonus
• OT 1.5 (Weekdays), OT 2.0 (Rest day & PH)
• Local - Annual Leave: 14 days, every 2 years + 1 day up to max 16 days
• Foreigner - Annual leave - 7 days, every 1 year + 1 day up to max 14 days

Job Description

• Develop and maintain quality control procedures, standards and inspection plans.
• Inspect and verify products to ensure they meet drawings, specifications and customer requirements.
• Identify, record and investigate quality defects and non-conformities.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Work closely with Production and Quality teams to resolve quality issues.
• Prepare and maintain inspection reports, quality records and documentation.
• Monitor production quality and identify areas for continuous improvement.
• Assist with customer complaints, corrective actions and quality investigations.
• Support internal and external ISO audits and ensure compliance with the company's QMS.
• Provide guidance to quality staff on quality requirements and inspection methods.

Requirements:

• 2 - 3 years of QA/QC experience in manufacturing environment.
• Min Diploma/Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• Able to work independently and as a team player.
• Able to read & interpret engineeringdrawing.
• Good knowledge of QA technique, procedure, and methodology.
• Local Salary - S$2,500 - S$2,800 depends with experience
• Foreign worker salary - S$2,000-S$2,600 depends with experience
• 5 days works week
• Working Hours: 8.00am - 6.00pm (Monday to Thursday), 8.00am - 5.00pm (Friday)
