Quality Assurance Engineer

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for all Quality functions
• Responsible for maintenance of ISO Quality System & Document Control
• Liaise directly with customers from China, Hong Kong & Taiwan toresolve all quality issues through phone or on site
• Incoming Quality Assurance & Supplier Management
• In-process Quality Assurance
• Final Quality Assurance
• Calibration Controls for equipments
• SPC Management
• Failure Analysis for customer complaint, process issue & in-houserejects
• Work with Lab Supervisor, Engineers & Technician for Incoming,outgoing inspection, failure analysis & Calibrations
• Perform any other reasonable dutiesas required by Management from time to time

REQUIREMENTS

• Degree in Chemical / Electronic / Material / Manufacturing Engineering or Chemistry / QA
• 2 years & above relevant experience
• Experience as Engineer or Asst Engineer with background of QA & ISOpreferred
• Knowledge of statistics is an added advantage
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Mature, conscientious, tactful, resourceful, positive attitude and self-motivated
