Job Description
1) Monitor and drive Quality performance (KPI) to meet company goal towards zero defect.
2) Ensure compliance to company and customer Quality requirements.
3) Engage and drive timely and effective failure/root-cause analysis (CAPA/8D) so as to prevent reoccurrence.
4) Develop and implement various quality, analytical, troubleshooting and risk analysis tools including FAI, 8D, CAPA, FMEA, Control Plan, Change Control, NPI.
5) Lead MRB review and disposition of non-conforming materials Communicate material.
6) Performing regular quality control process audits to ensure compliance with company and customer requirements.
7) Generate regular Quality reports, issue trackers and minutes.
8) Drive continuous improvement culture.
9) Support to customers with regarding to providing Quality support.
10) Develop or update Quality documentation to ensure they are up-to-date.
11) Any other matter required by the Quality Manager.
