Lead and participate in quality planning such as FMEA, control plan,mistake proofing, supplier qualifications
Maintenance of Quality Management System (QMS)
Lead in supplier quality and Supplier development management activities including supplier performance assessment, warranty and claim process and upplier certifications
Drive statistical methods in process control and continual improvement in process control and quality
Provide technical support during Project QA, installation, testing and commissioning.
Monitor the progress and effectiveness of the project quality management system. Recommend and implement improvements when required
Ensuring the compliance with all the specifications and requirements included in the signed EPC contracts .
Co-ordination with Safety / O&M / technical / engineering resources/ customers and other stakeholders for QA/QC activities as needed
Develop and maintain a non-conformance control system including issuing of non-conformance reports to the Suppliers/Contractor and ensure corrective actions are implemented and effective
To understand and support QC activities when required.
Job requirements
Minimum 3 years experience in Oil &Gas Industry & in all aspects in Quality Management
Good communication skills
Self-Motivated
Able to provide good references from a previous client or employer
