Job Summary
. Salary: Up to $3,500 with bonuses (Other benefits will be shared during interview)

. Work Days: 5.5 day work week
Job Responsibilities:
Quality Assurance (QA)
- Develop, implement, and maintain food safety and quality management systems.
- Ensure compliance with HACCP, ISO 22000, GMP, and local food regulations.
- Conduct internal audits and supplier audits.
- Review and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Manage documentation and record-keeping systems.
- Lead root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
Quality Control (QC)
- Inspect raw products, packaging materials, and finished products.
- Monitor Critical Control Points (CCPs) during production.
- Conduct physical quality tests.
- Approve or reject product based on specifications.
- Monitor hygiene and sanitation practices in production and warehouse areas.
- Handle non-conforming products and ensure proper segregation.
Inventory Management & Stock Control
- Monitor quality of stored raw products and finished goods.
- Ensure proper stock rotation using FIFO / FEFO principles.
- Conduct routine warehouse inspections (temperature, humidity, cleanliness).
- Verify batch coding, labelling, and traceability records.
- Coordinate with warehouse team for damaged, expired, or non-conforming stock.
- Participate in periodic stock counts and reconciliations.
- Investigate inventory discrepancies related to quality issues.
- Ensure segregation and proper documentation of quarantined materials.
- Maintain storage compliance with food safety standards.
Regulatory & Compliance
- Ensure timely updates and reviews of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and quality manuals.
- Coordinate certification and surveillance audits.
- Act as focal contact during external audits.
- Prepare documentation and evidence for auditors.
- Ensure timely closure of audit findings.
- Act as point-of-contact during audit processes and follow up on corrective actions.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma in Logistics, Business Administration, Food Science or related field.
- 2-5 years in food manufacturing.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and extract meaningful insights and actionable recommendations.
- Excellent communication skills, collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively across various teams and functions.
