Master basic skills in distinguishing fruits, vegetables, and fresh produce, and be able to accurately judge quality indicators such as product freshness and specifications
Be responsible for the inspection and acceptance of incoming fruits and vegetables as raw materials, strictly follow the inspection process according to standards, and promptly report the inspection results and any abnormalities
Conduct in-stock inspections of inventory products, regularly inspect for quality anomalies (such as spoilage, deterioration, etc.) during storage, and intercept the outflow of non-conforming products
Oversee the assembly operations in the sorting department, verify the quality of product assembly, and ensure that the delivered products meet the standards
Assist in handling products with quality anomalies and batch issues, proactively communicate with relevant parties to promote resolution, and reduce quality risks
Integrate all links in the supply chain (suppliers, procurement, quality inspection, production sorting, warehousing, logistics, etc.), track and promote quality management improvements across the entire chain
Complete other tasks related to supply chain and fresh food quality management assigned by the leaders.
Job Requirements
Education: Bachelor's degree or above, with major in food science, food safety, biology, agronomy, or related fields preferred for exceptional candidates, a college degree may be accepted basic English reading and writing skills are required
Professional Skills: Familiar with fresh food acceptance standards and quality control points in production processes, proficient in supplier auditing and inspection procedures possesses data analysis skills and the ability to establish process systems, capable of independently writing SOPs familiar with national food safety standards and industry norms, holders of inspector certificates, HACCP or ISO22000 certifications are preferred.
Experience: Over 2 years of experience in fresh food inspection and acceptance, with preference given to those with experience in food inspection management in food enterprises or third-party testing institutions familiar with raw material inspection and on-site quality control, possessing extensive knowledge in the fresh food industry
Abilities: Possess excellent communication and expression skills, organizational and coordination abilities, and team management abilities, with a strong sense of responsibility and the ability to strictly control quality standards.
