Quality Assurance & Compliance Manager

Working Hours: 08:30am - 06:00pm (Mon-Fri)

Job Description

• Handling Compliance, Regulatory and ISO requirements.

• Management Representative for Quality Management System processes are established, implemented, and maintained.

• Initiate management review of QEMS for all factories (Singapore, Senai & Batam).

• Handling of Internal & External auditing complying with QEMS.

• Oversee quality performance of all factories and work with sites Quality Manager (Singapore, Senai & Batam).

• Lead supplier assessments and provide source selection recommendations.

• Other Ad-hoc projects as assigned.

Job Requirement

• Diploma in Quality Engineering / Technical Degree (Engineering preferred).

• At least 5 years in Quality managerial position.

• Manufacturing experience with understanding of processes injection molding, printing & spraying, sub-assembly, electronics, etc.

• Superior written, oral & interpersonal communication skills.

• Good knowledge of Six-sigma.

• Good knowledge of quality tools (APQP, FMEA, Control Plans, SPC, PPAP & 8D Methodology, etc.)

• Ability to perform internal auditing relates to ISO system requirements.

• Comfortable to work at East area, Changi South.
