Job Title: Senior SIT Analyst / QA Automation Engineer – Temenos T24 (Core Banking)
About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior SIT Analyst / Test Automation Specialist with a minimum of 6+ years of experience in core banking testing, specifically focusing on Temenos T24 (Transact). In this role, you will be part of an elite testing team driving large-scale Core Banking projects. You will lead end-to-end (E2E) test design, execution, test planning, automated framework implementation, and cross-functional defect management.

Core Responsibilities (Across All Pods)
- Test Strategy & Execution: Review and analyze business requirements and system specifications to define test approaches, test plans, scope, and E2E functional test cases for T24 modules.
- Automation Integration: Leverage Java and automation tools (Selenium) alongside DevOps concepts to drive continuous automation and test efficiency within your project stream.
- System Testing: Perform rigorous execution covering T24 integration points, Close of Business (COB) testing, Client output, SWIFT message validation, and regulatory reporting.
- Collaboration & Leadership: Work closely with Business Analysts and Developers to optimize upstream software quality. Lead and drive defect management across multi-location, matrixed teams.
Domain Specializations (Looking for Expertise in One or More Streams):
To match our specific Agile Pods, candidates must possess a deep functional understanding of T24 modules within at least one of the following tracks:
- Track A: Derivatives & Structured Products (Pod 1)
- Good knowledge of Exchange Traded Derivatives (ETD) and Structured Products / Over-the-Counter (SP OTC) operations.
- Track B: FX, Cash & Retail Banking (Pod 2)
- Strong functional grasp of Foreign Exchange Position Management (FXPM), Asset Information (AI), Cash operations, and Teller transactions.
- Track C: Equities & Securities (Pod 3)
- Solid background in Securities Delivery (Sec Del) and Equities trading lifecycles.
- Track D: Corporate Actions & Physical Assets (Pod 4)
- Specialized expertise in testing Corporate Actions (CA) processing and Physical Assets (PA) modules.
- Track E: Credit & Securities Lending (Pod 5)
- Core knowledge of Credit frameworks and Securities Lending & Borrowing (SLB) mechanics.
- Track F: Payments, Treasury & Reference Data (Pod 6)
- Deep knowledge of Payment clearing networks, system Reporting, Finance & Treasury (F&T), and backend Reference Data structures.
- Track G: End of Cycle / Non-Functional Testing (Pod 7)
- Highly technical focus on End of Cycle (EOX) batch testing, overnight system flows, and technical Non-Functional Requirements (NFR).
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 6+ years in dedicated QA/testing for T24 core banking projects, ideally within a Private Banking environment.
- Financial Foundations: Strong expertise in financial accounting principles across diverse asset types.
- Technical Toolkit: Practical automation experience with Java and Selenium; familiarity with DevOps environments.
- Agile Competency: Extensive hands-on experience using Agile planning tools like JIRA and Confluence within Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe frameworks.
- Soft Skills: Meticulous and systematic problem-solving approach combined with exceptional stakeholder communication and cross-location leadership abilities.
