Job Description:
. Responsible for all aspects of Procurement (including sourcing, cost comparison, supplier selection, negotiation with suppliers, ordering & follow up delivery schedule)
. Work with Operations and Project Teams
. Maintain accurate records of purchases and pricing
. Create and maintain good relationships with vendors/suppliers
. Review and analyze all vendors/suppliers, supply, and price options
. Participate in negotiation the best deal for pricing and supply contracts
. Create and maintain an inventory of all incoming and current supplies
. Maintain & meet ISO requirement for purchasing department.
. Invoice administration - assessment/settlement of Invoice and scrutinise and verify incoming Invoices that the details are in accordance with the purchase order and delivery order.
. Manage approved vendors and ensure that suppliers database is well maintained and up to date.
. Any other ad-hoc duties as required
Job Requirement:
. At least 3 years procurement experience, added advantage in construction sector
. Analytical, organizational, and communication skills
. Team player, meticulous, details-oriented
. Strong sourcing and negotiation skills
. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
. To achieve/meet cost saving target
