QS & Project Executive

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive Quantity Surveyor to manage project costs, prepare tender and contract documents, conduct quantity take-offs, and support financial administration for ERSS works & construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage measurements and cost estimates for ERSS works projects from initial calculations through to final accounts
• Prepare tender and contract documents compliant with relevant regulations and standards
• Evaluate tenders from contractors and subcontractors and negotiate terms to secure favorable outcomes
• Perform quantity take-offs and prepare cost estimates for project and tender submissions
• Conduct cost analysis and monitor project costs to ensure alignment with project objectives
• Assess progress payments and variation works for clients and subcontractors to maintain smooth workflow
• Liaise with clients, management, and subcontractors to monitor progress of main and subcontract works
• Track project progress and handle measurement and valuation of variations for interim payments and final accounts
• Ensure compliance with company policies, processes, and procedures

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline
• Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience
• Strong communication and negotiation skills demonstrated through managing contractor and subcontractor interactions
• Knowledge and experience in piling works
• Candidates with extensive experience and proven track record may be considered for a Senior position
