About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled QlikView / Qlik Sense Developer to join our HR Analytics team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for data migration, dashboard development, and implementation of HR-related analytics solutions, enabling data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Salary up to $8000

Location: Central

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and enhance QlikView and Qlik Sense dashboards for HR metrics, including workforce planning, employee engagement, performance, turnover, and recruitment analytics.
• Lead data migration projects from legacy systems (including QlikView) to Qlik Sense or other HR analytics platforms.
• Design and implement data models and ETL processes to ensure clean, accurate, and consistent HR data.
• Collaborate with HR business partners to gather requirements, translate them into functional dashboards, and deliver actionable insights.
• Conduct testing, validation, and performance optimization of dashboards and reports.
• Provide training and support to HR users on accessing and interpreting dashboards.
• Document data flows, dashboard design, and standard operating procedures for HR reporting.

Key Requirements:

• Technical Skills:
  Hands-on experience with QlikView and Qlik Sense development.
  Proficient in SQL, ETL, and data modeling.
  Experience in data migration and implementation projects.
  Knowledge of HR systems (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or similar) is a plus.
  Familiarity with dashboard design best practices and visualization principles.
• Professional Skills:
  Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  Ability to translate HR business requirements into technical solutions.
  Excellent communication skills to collaborate with HR and IT teams.
  Detail-oriented with strong documentation skills.
• Experience:
  Minimum 3-5 years of experience in QlikView/Qlik Sense development.
  Experience in HR analytics dashboards preferred.
