Job Tittle: QHSE Engineer
Working Days: 5 days (Monday to Friday)
Working Hours: 8:00 am to 5:30pm
Location: Woodlands area
Salary: $3,600 - $4,000
Job Description:-
- Checking Mill cert, COC cert, & other Coating cert
- Handle all the issues from customers, suppliers or production workers
- Follow up the equipment for Calibration from Production Site
- Handle defects, non-conformities, and deviations products from production and external customers till close
- To resolve with customer's material quality issues and determine disposition (accept, reject, or rework)
- Support the regularly update and maintenance of documentation including ISO documents, Control Plan, Quality Objectives (KPI) and Inspection Checklist and process verification records to ensure accuracy and compliance with established standard
- Conduct annual audit and management review meeting, assist customer audit onsite, ISO audit, by ensuring relevant documentation, records are readily available and up to date.
- Handle the on-job training to the workers or staff
- Assist in other quality duties when required
Health and Safety:
- Liaise with gov. Sectors such as MOM, SCDF. NEA.
- Follow up and close any discrepancy from any Gov. Sectors
- Document and record all Gov. Discrepancy
- Report all discrepancy to management
- Site inspection and correct unsafe behaviours
- Verify of maintenance, first aid records and risk assessment
- Issue and record of personal protective equipment
- Liaise with service provider the statutory equipment such as webbing slings, overhead crane, air compressor.
- Liaise with any Health and Safety matters
Job Requirements
- Diploma in Quality Assurance, Engineering or related field
- At least 3 - 5 years of experience in QA/QC, preferably in Manufacturing and Oil & Gas industries
- Strong Knowledge of ISO standards, QA/QC procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Knowledge of Health and Safety is an added advantage
- Excellent communication, problem solving, and time- management skills
- Positive attitude and a willingness to learn
- Preferably Singaporean and Singapore Permanent Resident (PR)
