QC TECHNICIAN

Perform in-process, final, and incoming inspections of precision parts using measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and CMM machines.

Carry out dimensional and visual inspections to ensure products conform to engineering drawings and customer specifications.

Record inspection results accurately on quality forms and maintain proper documentation for traceability and audits.

Detect and report non-conformities or defects, and assist in root cause analysis and corrective actions.

Ensure adherence to quality procedures, work instructions, and safety standards throughout the production process.

Product assembly.
