QC Technician

• Check and measure parts to ensure they meet the required measurements and quality standards
• Read and understand technical drawings to ensure parts are made according to specifications
• Use measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, CMM machines and laser trackers to inspect parts
• Carry out inspections during production, before delivery, and when new parts are produced for the first time
• Identify and report any defects or issues, and follow up with the relevant departments to resolve them
• Ensure all inspected parts meet the required quality standards and customer requirements
• Keep the inspection room clean, organized and ready for audits
• Work closely with the Production, Engineering and Procurement teams to support daily operations
• Ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Min Higher Nitec in Mechanical Engineering, Precision Engineering, Manufacturing or any equivalent technical qualifications
• Min 1 year experience within a manufacturing environment
• 5 days work week (Mon to Fri 8am-530pm)
• Working Location: Seletar
• Salary: Up to $3000
• Able to start work within short notice
