To take charge of the daily operation of the laboratory.
To supervise all laboratory test and assist in the implementation and monitoring of Quality Assurance Programme, Reporting to QC Engineer and QC Manager.
To prevent occurrence of any non-conformities relating to the product, process and quality system. Identify and record any problems relating to the product, process and quality system.
To maintain and improve the quality of concrete supply and execute appropriate corrective action.
To identify all inspection, measuring and test equipment that can affect the quality of the product, ensure the calibrations are perform at prescribed Intervals.
To be present in customer's trial mix and attend to customer's enquiry on quality related queries.
To train drivers and plant operators in cube making, slump test, re-working of concrete and basic concrete knowledge
