Key Responsibilities:
1. Process Oversight: Develop and implement Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), standard operating procedures (SOPs), and project-specific quality standards.
2. Defect Management: Investigate the root causes of defective mechanical parts or assemblies, manage Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), and enforce corrective/preventive actions.
3.Compliance & Auditing: Enforce local/international regulatory codes and oversee internal Quality Management System (QMS) audits.
4.Vendor & Stakeholder Collaboration: Coordinate with clients, consultants, and procurement teams to establish quality standards for parts, raw materials, and subcontractors.
5.Team Leadership: Train, mentor, and supervise quality engineers, inspectors, and manufacturing staffs.
Requirements
1. Education: Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related building services or manufacturing discipline.
2.Experience: Typically 5 to 10+ years of QA/QC experience (with a significant focus on mechanical systems), including at least 3 to 5 years in a managerial role.
3.Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of mechanical engineering principles, fabrication processes, inspections, and systems.
4.Certifications: Professional credentials like an Six Sigma certification, or ISO lead auditor status are highly preferred.
5.Soft Skills: Strong analytical abilities, problem-solving, and communication skills to effectively relay technical and program information to senior management and external clients,
