Job Description & Requirements
- Incumbent is required to work in a cleanroom environment.
- Supervise and manage QC team
- Plan and provide trainings to QC/QA members.
- Conduct regular quality check / audits / reviews (eg. ESD, Inventory, Environmental Checks)
- Interface with QE, leaders and other departments on QC related tasks
- Manage QC resources to ensure production schedule is met
- Manage QC tools and equipment status to ensure minimal down time
- Responsible for QC key performance targets and reporting
- Support QA / QC procedures review and amendment
- Support internal and external audits

- Work experience in semiconductor industry is preferred
- Bilingual in English and Chinese to liaise with Chinese co-workers on daily basis
- Basic knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook express) with Windows 7 operating system
