QC/QA Analyst #HJN

Duties:

• Perform routine quality inspections and testing on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products.

• Conduct laboratory analysis using testing equipment and ensure results meet specifications and regulatory standards.

• Document and maintain accurate test records, reports, and batch documentation.

• Identify, investigate, and report non-conformances or deviations, and support corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).

• Ensure compliance with GMP, ISO, SOPs, and safety guidelines.

• Calibrate, clean, and maintain laboratory instruments and equipment.

• Support internal and external audits by preparing documentation and ensuring proper quality records.

• Assist in reviewing and updating quality procedures, work instructions, and specifications.

• Collaborate with production and other departments to resolve quality-related issues.

• Monitor product quality trends and provide recommendations for process improvement.

Requirements:

• Min Dip/ Deg in any Science or Engineering field of study
