Full Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Senior QC Lab Supervisor to lead and oversee laboratory operations for a leading multinational chemical manufacturer based in Jurong Island.
You will be responsible for ensuring that all analytical and quality control processes meet company and international standards. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong technical expertise, proven team management skills, and a keen eye for detail.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise day-to-day QC lab operations and testing activities.

- Conduct root cause investigations and implement corrective actions.
- Support internal and external audits, maintaining ISO 9001 documentation.
- Work closely with production and QA teams on quality improvements.
Requirements:
- Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years QC lab experience in a chemical or manufacturing industry.
- At least 2 years in a supervisory or team lead capacity.
- Strong knowledge of ISO quality systems and lab safety practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and troubleshooting skills.
- Familiar with LIMS, SAP, and MS Office.
