QC Lab Executive

Job Description:

• Demonstrate the understanding of microbiology and/or chemical laboratory requirements
• Conduct inspection from raw materials to finished product
• Manage team of QC assistants to ensure inspection done in an objective and constructive method
• Compile and analyse data from inspection for continuous improvement
• Laison with different stakeholder to ensure objectives of food safety and quality are achieved
• Establish Procedures related to QC and Laboratory whenever required to support the objectives
• Provide training to crew members and visitors related to Food Safety and Hygiene
• Maintain all the QC reports and ensure its accuracy of reporting
• Any adhoc duties as assigned by the manager

Requirements:

• At least Diploma or Degree in Food Science, Chemical, Biotechnology, Microbiology or related field
• Experience in Catering industry is preferred
• Knowledge in HACCP, ISO 22000, AIB is an advantage
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and detail-oriented person
• Willing to work on shift
