Job scope:
- Oversee and ensure compliance with Quality Management Systems (QMS), customer, and regulatory standards, including ISO9001 requirements.
- Lead the Quality Control (QC) team in conducting inspections, maintaining documentation, and implementing effective quality procedures and work instructions.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives through data analysis, root cause analysis, and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA) to enhance overall product quality and reduce nonconformance.
- Collaborate with internal departments, customers, suppliers, and auditors to resolve quality issues and support audit and certification activities.
- Manage quality-related training, manpower planning, and equipment calibration to ensure staff competency and compliance with inspection standards.
