Objective:
To ensure that products meet the required quality standards during and after production by performing inspections, completing documentation, and supporting root cause analysis for any defects or non-conformities.
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform daily inspections on incoming materials, in-process items, and finished products.
- Ensure all activities follow quality standards, SOPs, and environmental guidelines.
- Record inspection findings accurately and complete all required QC documentation.
- Download and compile quality data from the quality system for reporting.
- Support root cause analysis and corrective actions for quality issues.
- Maintain cleanliness of the inspection area and proper handling of QC tools and equipment.
- Assist in training or buddying new team members to ensure inspection consistency.
- Work closely with the QA and Production teams to resolve any quality-related matters.
Requirements:
- SPM or Diploma in Science, Quality Control, or related field.
- Basic understanding of quality inspection procedures.
- Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Prior QC or manufacturing experience is an added advantage.
- Can communicate in Mandarin
