QC Inspector (Surface Treatment)

Job Responsibilities

. Perform final inspection of surface-treated components.

. Verify surface condition, cleanliness, discoloration, stains, scratches, dents, contamination, and workmanship defects.

. Check treatment requirements against customer drawings, specifications, and approved standards.

. Conduct visual and dimensional inspections when required.

. Identify, segregate, and label non-conforming products with clear defect descriptions and photographic evidence.

. Support Quality Engineers in investigations and corrective actions.

. Ensure inspection activities adhere to company quality policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.

. Perform other tasks assigned by the superior.

Requirements

. Minimum NITEC / Higher NITEC / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Precision Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality Engineering, or related technical field.

. 1-2 years of QC inspection experience preferred, surface treatment inspection experience is an advantage.

. Familiarity with inspection tools and measuring instruments.

. Training or certification in NDT, FPI/MPI, or surface treatment is an advantage.

. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

. Good communication skills for reporting and collaboration.

. Able to commit overtime when required.

. Willing to work in East Region, Changi North Crescent.
