This is a vital position within our quality assurance process. A QC Inspector is an individual dedicated to ensuring that our products, materials, and processes adhere to established quality standards, specifications, and egulatory requirements. The work involves meticulous inspection, testing, and monitoring of items at various stages of production. This keen attention to detail enables them to identify defects early on and prevent non-conforming products from reaching our customers. By doing so, they play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity and reputation of our products.

Be Part of Our Success

  • Proficient in the use of measuring equipment (e.g., caliper, micrometer, CMM, AOI, gauge blocks, torque tools, Microscope).
  • Able to read and understand engineering drawings, GD&T symbols, BOM, and specs.
  • Experience in performing IQC, IPQC, and OQC inspections.
  • Knowledge in defect classification, material handling, NCR, and corrective actions.
  • Familiar with ESD control, cleanroom protocol, and safety practices.

Qualities We Value

  • Knowledge in Engineering, Precision Engineering, Mechatronics, Electronics, or relevant fields
  • 1-3 years of experience in QC within semiconductor, electronics, mechanical parts, or manufacturing environments.
  • Good communication (written & verbal).
  • Good documentation, report writing, and data entry skills.
  • Strong sense of responsibility, discipline, and teamwork.
  • Good problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
  • Able to work shifts, weekends, or OT when required.
  • Physically fit for long hours of inspection work.
  • Open to contract, renewable
  • Singaporean only
