QC Inspector

We invite a suitably qualified candidate to fill the above position.

Responsibilities: .

• Perform sample checking and inspection of all products or raw materials according to the company's Quality procedures and work instruction
• Conduct investigations on line reject and retrain operator on follow up action
• Liaise with Head of Production for any quality related issues
• Check all production equipment to ensure they are functioning within specified settings/tolerance limits and alert Head of Production if otherwise
• Recommend new ideas for improving production process
• Maintain records in a retrievable manner
• Ensure production team perform daily housekeeping and abide to Good 5s Housekeeping philosophy
• Any ad-hoc task as assigned

• Requirements:

• Secondary level, NITEC or equivalent
• Able to read and write simple English
• Have basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Observant and very good at paying attention to details
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Preferably able to start work immediately or within a short notice
• 5-day work, 8am to 5.15pm
• Able to work overtime, if required
• Willing to work in Jurong (Jalan Tukang area)
