Job Description

Perform QC checks on daily operations to ensure compliance with the company's food safety, quality, and Halal standards.
Conduct regular inspections, testing, and line releases from raw materials to finished goods, including all PRPs (cleanliness, hygiene, GMP, laboratory).
Report and assist in investigations of non-conformance items, and isolate non-conforming products that do not meet food safety, quality, or Halal standards.
Support the enforcement of SOPs required in the production area.
Assist the QA Manager with quality and production-related issues.
Support production leaders, section leaders, and crew by identifying any deviations and guiding them on the correct SOPs.
