Job Description
- Perform QC checks on daily operations to ensure compliance with the company's food safety, quality, and Halal standards.
- Conduct regular inspections, testing, and line releases from raw materials to finished goods, including all PRPs (cleanliness, hygiene, GMP, laboratory).
- Report and assist in investigations of non-conformance items, and isolate non-conforming products that do not meet food safety, quality, or Halal standards.
- Support the enforcement of SOPs required in the production area.
- Assist the QA Manager with quality and production-related issues.
- Support production leaders, section leaders, and crew by identifying any deviations and guiding them on the correct SOPs.
