Job Description
We are currently searching for an experienced and highly analytical quality inspector to join our organization. As a Quality inspector, you will uphold the safety regulations of our company and perform the inspection process to guarantee that all our products meet quality and customer expectations. The chosen candidate will perform regular product evaluations, record inspection results, and recommend improvements to the inspection process. To excel in this role, applicants should demonstrate great attention to detail with excellent technical and math abilities.
Responsibilities
- Conduct in-process inspections and audits.
- Perform final audits and photograph finished goods (FGs).
- Calibrate and maintain torque wrenches.
- Review internal non-conformities before raising NCs in Oracle.
- Sort, review, and scan binder documents into the Quality Server.
- Prepare FAI documentation for customer portal submission.
- Perform other duties assigned by the Supervisor.
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a SPM / Technical Certificate / NiTEC (Preferably in mechanical engineering)
- Minimum of 1 year of working experience in QC inspection.
- Able to understand, write and speak in English and Malay.
- Attention to detail to catch defects.
- Ability to read blueprints, technical documents, and manuals.
- A desire to achieve the best and ensure top-quality products.
