Job Summary
Lead the development and optimization of skincare products from concept through production, ensuring product stability, quality, and regulatory compliance. Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver innovative solutions that meet customer needs and drive business growth.
Responsibilities
- Formulate skincare products and source raw materials to meet product specifications and market demands
- Manage end-to-end new skincare product development, ensuring full product stability and compliance with quality standards
- Collaborate proactively with Sales and Technical teams to resolve customer development and technical challenges
- Diagnose and troubleshoot product quality issues to maintain high standards and customer satisfaction
- Conduct research and development to refine existing skincare products according to specified requirements
- Supervise skincare production processes and provide technical troubleshooting support during manufacturing
- Apply knowledge of GMP and regulatory requirements to protect product identity and ensure compliance of raw materials, packaging, and finished products
- Perform laboratory tests including stability testing, compatibility testing, and performance evaluations to validate product quality
- Provide technical support during scale-up, pilot batches, and full production to ensure smooth transition and consistent product quality
Required competencies and certifications
- Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in Chemistry or equivalent
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in skincare formulation

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills demonstrated through effective collaboration and customer support
