QC Assistant

Brief Summary

Join our dynamic team as a QC Assistant, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of quality for plumbing materials and products. Collaborate with various teams to enhance product quality and minimize defects.

Responsibilities

1. Conduct thorough inspections of plumbing materials, fittings, pipes, valves, and accessories to ensure compliance with specifications and company standards.
2. Perform basic visual and dimensional checks on products prior to storage or delivery.
3. Accurately record inspection results and maintain quality control documentation and reports.
4. Identify and report any defective or non-conforming items to supervisors in a timely manner.
5. Assist in managing customer feedback, returns, and quality-related concerns.
6. Support proper housekeeping and storage practices to safeguard products against damage.
7. Collaborate with warehouse and operations teams to uphold quality standards.
8. Participate in periodic stock checks and audits as needed.

Requirements

1. Possession of technical or plumbing-related knowledge is advantageous.
2. Previous experience in quality control, warehouse inspection, or working with building materials is preferred.
3. Excellent attention to detail, responsibility, and organizational skills.
4. Familiarity with plumbing materials and hardware products is a plus.
5. Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate well with others.
