QAQC technician
Core Responsibilities
- Conduct routine inspection of raw materials,in-process products, and finished goods
- Perform testing according to standard procedures(e.g., physical, chemical, membrane tests) and record and analyze test dataaccurately
- Monitor production and use laboratory instruments and measurement tools (e.g., pH meter, viscometer, TOC, tensile tester, etc)
- Identify non-conforming products and report issues and support root cause analysis for defects
- Ensure compliance with quality systems (e.g., ISO standards, SOPs). Review batch records, test reports, and documentation
- Participate in internal audits and inspections. Implement and maintain quality procedures and documentation control
- Maintain accurate lab records and inspection logs. Ensure traceability of materials and products
- Follow laboratory safety protocols and regulations. Ensure proper handling and disposal of chemicals/materials. Maintain clean and organized work environment
- Work closely with production and R&D Teams. Support for R&D and production in the case of urgency.
Qualifications:
- Diploma in Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Biochemical Engineering, or equivalent.
- Proven strong team player with good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Microsoft words, excels, power point literate.
- Fresh graduates may apply.
- Experience in hollow fiber membrane production setup and operation is a plus.
