  • Develop and implement quality control procedures and processes to ensure compliance with project specifications, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits of materials, equipment, processes, and finished products to identify non-conformities and deviations from quality standards.
  • Perform comprehensive quality assessments and measurements, including statistical analysis, to evaluate product and process performance.
  • Conduct QAQC daily checks.
  • Prepare monthly QAQC report for submission to Corporate QAQC Department.
  • Conducting monthly QAQC Training to Sub-contractors.
  • Issuance of QAQC Non-compliance to sub-contractors.
  • Attend monthly QAQC presentation and meeting at Corporate QAQC Department.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • Min 5 years of experience as QAQC Manager.
  • Proven experience as a QAQC Manager or in a similar quality control role.
  • Architectural-trained or Structural-trained work experience.
  • Familiarity with construction industry quality standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Proficiency in quality control tools and techniques, such as statistical analysis, root cause analysis, and corrective/preventive actions.
  • Candidate with building construction HDB experience will be an advantage
