- Develop, implement, and update project-specific QA/QC plans in alignment with BCA CONQUAS standards and company requirements.
- Conduct and oversee regular quality inspections and audits across all trades to ensure adherence to CONQUAS and project quality criteria.
- Manage material testing processes, liaising with accredited laboratories and third-party testing agencies for verification and compliance.
- Identify and document non-conformances, issue NCRs, and ensure timely corrective and preventive actions are taken.
- Work closely with site engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors to uphold quality workmanship and ensure compliance with approved methods and materials.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and authorities (e.g., BCA, LTA) on quality matters, inspections, and documentation.
- Prepare monthly quality and CONQUAS reports, maintaining complete QA/QC documentation such as inspection logs, material test reports, and checklists.
- Lead or assist in quality training sessions to promote awareness and continuous improvement of quality standards among project teams.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
- Preferably 3 years of relevant experience in building or civil engineering projects.
- Possess Quality Marks certification BCA-approved CONQUAS training or ISO 9001:2015 certification is an advantage.
