Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Assist in maintaining QAQC SOP and provide recommendations for improvements on work processes.
2. Manage Quality-related activities & inspections on the Project to ensure compliance to Project and applicable Regulatory requirement.
3. Work with Project stakeholders to provide a consistent Quality framework for application across all project deliverables and promote the continual enhancement and consistent Quality Management System.
4. Investigate and present Root-Cause Report for Resolution with Project Team as and when quality issues arise in the project.
5. Provide advice and exercise any/all correction actions for any faults or issues discovered at site.
6. Conduct regular site visits and inspections to ensure product quality meets design parameters and technical requirements, adhering to BCA's Good Industry Practice guidelines.
7. Develop and execute effective QA/QC plans, prepare precise reports, and assist in the preparation of QM submissions.
8. Manage testing requirements as per contracts.
9. Liaise with authorities (i.e. BCA on assessment to achieve target score, LTA on inspections and compliances)
10. Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Job requirements:
1. Degree in Civil Engineering or construction related field.
2. 1- 3 years of building and/or civil engineering experience.
3. Experience in QA/QC and certified auditors would have an added advantage.
4. Completed at least 1 building project.
5. Proficient with Microsoft Office such as Word and Excel.
6. Station at worksite, willing to travel and work at vendor location when required.
7. Commitment to a 5.5-Day Work Week.
