Job Description& Requirements
- Prepare Quality Assurance and Quality Control plans
- Lead inspection teams (IQA & OQA),QA/QC Supervisor to undertake tasks assigned
- Conduct routine inspection of raw materials,in-process products, and finished goods
- Perform testing according to standard procedures(e.g., physical, chemical, membrane tests) and record and analyze test data accurately
- Monitor production and use laboratory instruments and measurement tools (e.g., pH meter, viscometer, TOC, tensile tester, etc)
- Implementation of systematic documentation turnover system for all Project Quality-related documentation.
- Implement quality plans & activities,ensure readiness of all sections for internal/external audits.
- Ensure Project SOP are appropriately authorized for implementation and adequate trainings are provided
- Ensure compliance with quality systems (e.g., ISO standards, SOPs). Review batch records, test reports, and documentation. Perform all internal and external audits.
- Participate in internal audits and inspections. Implement and maintain quality procedures and documentation control
- Maintain accurate lab records and inspection logs. Ensure traceability of materials and products
- Follow laboratory safety protocols and regulations. Ensure proper handling and disposal of chemicals/materials. Maintain clean and organized work environment
- Take on role as Management Representative for ISO programs.
Experience & Certifications
- Degree in Mechanical engineering
- Proven strong team player with good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Microsoft words, excels, power point literate.
- Fresh graduates may apply.
- Experience in hollow fiber membrane production setup and operation is a plus.
