Role DescriptionThis role is responsible for ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of products, software, or services. The QA Tester focuses on testing and identifying issues, the Quality Assurance Executive manages QA processes, and the QA Manager oversees QA strategy, teams, and standards. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and experienced in quality assurance practices and methodologies.
Key Responsibilities- QA Tester: Execute test plans, identify defects, and report issues for resolution.
- Quality Assurance Executive: Implement and maintain QA processes, conduct audits, and ensure adherence to standards.
- QA Manager: Lead QA teams, develop QA strategies, and monitor overall quality performance.
- Collaborate with development, product, and operations teams to ensure product quality.
- Develop and maintain testing documentation, standards, and procedures.
- Analyze quality metrics, KPIs, and trends to drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and best practices.
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Quality Management, or related field.
- Proven experience in QA testing, quality assurance, or QA leadership roles.
- Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, testing tools, and software development life cycle (SDLC).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management abilities (for QA Manager roles).
- Experience with automated testing, bug tracking tools, and QA frameworks is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and complex QA projects.
- Knowledge of industry standards (ISO, Six Sigma, CMMI) is advantageous.
