Job Description

Job Scope

Perform quality check on incoming, in-process, outgoing, return goods and existing materials.
Conduct laboratory testing in-house and send samples for external analysis.
Keep all QC check records and documents up-to-date and do proper filing fortraceability.
Maintain proper documentation in accordance with food safety requirements.
Monitor GMP, personal hygiene practices at Production
Feedback Quality & safety issues promptly to R&D/QA Manager, working out actions needed
Support Customer Complaints investigation e.g. providing documents and sharing knowledge and observations
Report to Manager regularly at least weekly to update status of tasks assigned
Responsible for laboratory routine house-keeping program (5'S)
Report to Manager daily about work progress and challenges encountered so The Manager can provide support to clear obstacles
Do other task assigned by superior.
