We are looking for a dedicated QA/QC Supervisor to oversee quality assurance and control activities for curtain wall projects. The successful candidate will supervise a team of inspectors, develop quality plans, and ensure that all work meets specifications and standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support QA/QC inspectors in quality control practices.
- Develop and implement project-specific QA/QC plans and inspection checklists.
- Conduct quality audits and inspections to ensure compliance.
- Review drawings and specifications to verify alignment with project requirements.
- Communicate with clients and stakeholders regarding quality issues and findings.
- Ensure adherence to safety standards during all activities.
Requirements:
- Diploma or higher education.
- A minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience.
- Fluent in English proficiency in Chinese is an advantage for facilitating effective communication with individuals from diverse multicultural backgrounds.
