Job Scope:

QA & QC Technician

• Inspect incoming raw materials and verify supplier documents.
• Conduct in-process and final product inspections (dimensions, leakage, surface finish, etc.).
• Prepare and maintain QA/QC records, SOPs, and inspection reports.
• Identify non-conformances, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
• Support supplier quality evaluation and audits.
• Handle customer complaints, provide technical investigation reports.
• Ensure compliance with ISO / QMS standards and safety requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement to reduce defects and improve process quality.

QC Operator (Electrical Test Technician)

• Reports to Team Leader, Engineers and Quality Manager.
• Perform visual and dimensional inspection according to Quality Control Inspection Plan (QCIP), General Assembly and Single-Line Diagram.
• Verify component placement & rating, wiring colour codes, label accuracy, paint thickness, busbar dimensions, fasteners (length, loose), surface damages and proper torque application.
• Ensure QCIP is completed accurately and uploaded to local cloud server.
• Notify Manufacturing & Assembly Team Leaders on non-compliant parts.
• Ensure that non-compliant parts are documented in the QCIP and marked on the product.
• Ensure that non-compliant parts are rectified and cleared off the QCIP.
• Set up test stations & equipment for completed assemblies.

Job Requirements:

• Polytechnic or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electrical & Electronic Engineering or Mechatronic Engineering or relevant certificate
• Knowledge of Welding Inspection (AWS or CSWIP) is a plus
• Experience in piping line walk, and reinstatement inspections by clear understanding of Isometric drawings will be an advantage
• Experience in handling tools and equipment used in electrical testing is a plus
