QA/QC Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and maintain the project's QA/QC system in accordance with project requirements.
• Conduct inspections to ensure all works comply with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Prepare and maintain QA/QC documents, inspection reports, and quality records.
• Coordinate inspections with clients, surveyors, and subcontractors.
• Monitor fabrication, installation, and testing activities to ensure compliance with project quality requirements.
• Identify quality issues and ensure timely corrective and preventive actions are implemented.
• Support internal and external quality audits.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3-5 years of QA/QC experience in marine, offshore, or shipyard projects.
• Knowledge of QA/QC procedures, inspection and test plans (ITPs), welding inspections, and quality documentation.
• Able to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and under pressure.
