- Ensure quality control and compliance with construction standards on site.
- Conduct inspections, audits, and documentation of quality processes.
- Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives.
- Liaise with consultants and contractors for rectifications.
Requirements:
- Degree in Civil/Construction Engineering or equivalent
- At least 3 years QA/QC coordination experience in HDB, Condo, and Landed projects.
- Familiar with ISO or industry-specific quality management systems.
- Knowledge of quality standards and building codes.
