Implement and monitor the Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA/QC) system for electrical works.
Inspect and verify installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems to ensure compliance with design drawings, specifications, and standards.
Prepare, review, and maintain QA/QC documentation such as Inspection Test Plans (ITP), checklists, material approval, test reports, and non-conformance reports (NCR).
Coordinate with the main contractor, consultants, and clients on all quality-related matters.
Conduct site inspections and internal audits to verify workmanship and material quality.
Assist in testing & commissioning (T&C) works and ensure records are properly maintained.
Ensure all works comply with BCA, EMA, and Singapore Standards.
Provide quality training and awareness to site teams when required.
Job Requirements
Relevant QA/QC or ISO 9001 training / certification will be an advantage.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in electrical or M&E construction projects.
Experience with QA/QC systems, documentation, and inspection procedures is essential.
Prior experience in BCA-registered electrical works projects is preferred.
