QA/QC ENGINEER

Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and update project-specific QA/QC plans in compliance with company policies, industry standards, and BCA CONQUAS requirements.

• Conduct on-site inspections and testing to identify, document, and resolve quality issues promptly.

• Collaborate with project managers, site supervisors, and subcontractors to address quality concerns and implement corrective actions.

• Maintain accurate records of all QA/QC activities and prepare comprehensive reports for management and clients.

• Provide training and guidance to site personnel on QA/QC standards, procedures, and best practices.

• Stay updated on industry regulations, standards, and best practices in construction quality assurance.

• Perform any other duties related to QA/QC as assigned.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in a related field.

• 1-3 years of experience in quality assurance/quality control, preferably within the construction or engineering industry.
