QA/QC Engineer (ACMV/ HVAC, 6 Days Alternate, Various Location)

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement QA/QC procedures for ACMV/HVAC works in compliance with project specifications and company standards

• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure installation works (ducting, piping, equipment) meet quality requirements and approved drawing

• Review and interpret technical drawings, shop drawings, and method statements for accuracy and compliance

• Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with relevant standards, including SMACNA guideline

• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and consultants on quality-related issues

• Monitor and manage non-conformance reports (NCR), and ensure timely corrective and preventive actions

• Utilize Navisworks for coordination, clash detection, and model review

• Prepare QA/QC reports, documentation, and progress updates using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

• Support testing & commissioning (T&C) activities and ensure proper documentation submission

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, or equivalent

• With 1 - 3 years of relevant QA/QC or site experience in ACMV/HVAC projects

• Hands-on site experience is required

• Proficient in Navisworks, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint

• Strong ability to read and interpret technical and shop drawings

• Good understanding of SMACNA standards and HVAC systems

• Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills
