. Mon-Fri: 8am-5pm
. Sat: 8am-12pm (Required to work on every Sat before probation alternate Sat after probation)
Job Responsibilities:
. Conduct daily hygiene inspections to maintain strict food safety standards.
. Perform quality checks on raw materials, in-process items and finished products.
. Monitor and maintain cleaning, sanitation, pest control and production records.
. Ensure that microbiological testing and laboratory analyses comply with company and regulatory requirements.
. Assist in handling customers feedback and product rejections, coordinating corrective and preventive actions with relevant departments.
. Support preparation for SFA inspections, internal and external audits.
. Maintain accurate and up-to-date quality documentation.
. Collaborate with production teams to promote a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
. Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Manager.
Job Requirements:
. SINGAPOREANS ONLY
. Diploma, Advanced Diploma, Graduate Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Food Science & Technology or a related field.
. Min. 1 year of experience in QA/QC within the food manufacturing, food processing or central kitchen environment.
. Knowledgeable of SFA regulations and required documentation.
. Detail-oriented, hands-on and able to follow instructions accurately.
. Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
. Strong teamwork and communication skills.
