Responsibilities:
- Oversee, maintain, and implement the Food Quality and Safety Management System
- Enforce Food Quality & Safety policies, MSC Chain of Custody (COC) policies, and company procedures
- Conduct regular (daily/weekly) validation inspections to ensure compliance with CCP, PRP, OPRP, GMP, GHP, and MSC standards, and identify areas for improvement
- Investigate and report non-conformances in operations and customer returns
- Support preparation for customer audits, regulatory inspections, and external certification reviews
- Participate in internal audits and product design & development initiatives
- Perform monthly laboratory testing, data analysis, and prepare QA reports
- Liaise with regulatory authorities and third parties, including managing license renewals
- Maintain proper documentation, filing, and reporting for all activities and projects
- Carry out additional duties as assigned by the superior.
Requirement:
- Minimum Diploma in Food Science, Quality Management, or a related engineering/technical discipline
- At least 3 years of QA experience in the Food & Beverage or food packaging manufacturing industry
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 22000 management systems
- Certified ISO 9001 Internal Auditor is required
- Certification in ISO/FSSC 22000 or HACCP Internal Auditor is an added advantage
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
- Able to make sound decisions and prepare clear, accurate reports
