QA Manual Lead

Requirements

• 5+ years of QA experience with strong hands-on expertise (functional, regression, integration, API, etc.).
• AI competency (required). Comfortable applying AI tools to real testing work. This is a baseline expectation, not a plus.
• Alignment with company core values (required). High autonomy, high ownership, and a bar-raising mindset.
• Automation experience (Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or similar) — hands-on and expected at this level.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and organize a team.
• Multiplier mindset — makes the people around you better, not just performing well on your own.
• Runs the team autonomously — creates clarity and standards with minimal oversight, no hand-holding.
• Strong test planning and strategy skills — from scope definition to sign-off.
• Excellent organizational skills — managing multiple projects and priorities without dropping the ball.
