Overview

Our client is an established organisation within the semiconductor industry. They are seeking an experienced QA Manager to lead key quality activities and drive high standards across manufacturing operations.

Role

You will lead key areas of the QA function across Quality Management Systems (QMS), Customer Quality Engineering (CQE), Failure Analysis (FA) and Reliability (REL).

The role will cover quality systems and audits, customer quality issues, failure investigation, reliability activities, corrective actions and continuous improvement, working closely with Manufacturing and Engineering teams.

Candidates do not need to be specialists across all areas. Strong expertise in one or more of QMS, Customer Quality, Failure Analysis or Reliability will be considered.

Requirements

* 10+ years of QA / Quality experience within semiconductor manufacturing

* 5+ years of managerial or team leadership experience

* Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent

* Strong expertise in QMS, Customer Quality, Failure Analysis and/or Reliability

* Knowledge of ISO 9001 and IATF 16949; auditor certification advantageous

* Hands-on experience with relevant quality methodologies such as 8D, RCA, FMEA, SPC, MSA, GR&R, APQP, PPAP and Control Plans

* Semiconductor failure analysis and/or reliability qualification experience advantageous

* Strong leadership, problem-solving, stakeholder management and customer communication skills
