QA Manager - Garment Industry

Objective:

The employer is a leading apparel manufacturer supplying some of the world's hottest and most recognized sportswear brands.

Job description:

- Implement and enforce company quality standards and practices in the factory to ensure consistent achievements of quality goals.

- Monitor quality performance throughout the production process from raw materials to shipment, collaborate with relevant departments to resolve quality non-conformance issues promptly.

- Provide training and guidance to relevant departments on quality requirements for new products and styles.

- Identify quality issues in manufacturing, ascertain root causes, and work with relevant departments to implement corrective actions and drive continuous improvements.

- Promote quality awareness across the organization, disseminate information related to quality to ensure alignments on quality standards and requirements.

- Train and monitor the quality team to enhance their skills and efficiency.

Key requirements:

- 8+ years of QA/QC experience in apparel manufacturing industry.

- Strong communications and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to take initiatives and drive project implementation.

- Diploma or higher qualification.
